A strategic hotel in the middle of the city, close to the church. Breakfast has many options. The staff is very helpful whether at the receptionist counter, house keeping and restaurant. Thank you Golden Tulip Hotel.

Friendly staff, easy checkout, and helpful security who even helped us cross the road and opened the door when we arrived. They were very proactive and thoughtful.

Staff very kind & friendly. Suitable for vacation & honeymoon. Kids friendly. Very strategic place. Want to repeat again next time. The parking lot is very safe and the hotel staff are very helpful.

The hotel management granted my request to move to other room with better view. Before my room's windows are facing unfinished construction.

The room is clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was cool enough for the weather in Pontianak. Breakfast was good. Location was good, many cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice dimsum on Sunday. Nice little pool for some cooling down after a long day. Gym was small however very adequate.
